You may qualify at the GS-14, if you fulfill the following qualifications: A. One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below: Managing programs to include execution of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, requirements analysis, cost estimation, and resource allocation; Ability to perform Advanced Data Analysis from acquisition, financial, and manpower data and develop briefings and reports to provide recommendations and guidance to senior leaders; Synthesizing high-level strategic guidance, mission requirements, and fiscal constraints into a coherent, defensible long-range program plan that aligns agency resources with strategic objectives; Able to facilitate high-level stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation between agency directorates and/or external partners on complex and potentially controversial issues, and; Knowledge of US national strategy to include the DoD Strategy to Counter Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), CWMD plans, programs, intelligence, doctrine, policy and USG actors to include OSW, Joint Staff, CCMDs, Military Services and the Service components of CCMDs, and Defense/Combat Support Agencies. (Experience must be clearly demonstrated in your resume). Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
