Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Directing, coordinating, and overseeing a branch or team, including planning and executing administrative programs and special studies to achieve organizational objectives. Providing expert advice, technical assistance, and analytical support to executives, supervisors, and management staff on a wide range of complex management and administrative programs, policies, and operational issues. Developing, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring policies, procedures, and automated systems that align with organizational goals, statutes, and executive directives. Planning, organizing, and directing the work of subordinates, including assigning tasks based on priorities and staff capabilities, managing workloads, and providing guidance and performance feedback.
