Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide advisory service to management and staff on federal policies, statutes, procedures and requirements related to the Housing Program; 2) Evaluates and advises on organization structures, methods and procedures; 3) Perform budget, financial and resource analysis; 4) Prepare and present information, position papers, congressional testimony, hearing statements, briefing statements, verbal reports, and other correspondence to higher authority; and 5) Provide immediate supervisory oversight and assigns work, identifies developmental training needs, develop performance plans, rate employees and take disciplinary action for a housing support staff.
