In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Applying program management methods and techniques, implementing prevention programs and activities promoting healthy climates and deliver prevention activities to foster individual, group, and organizational health and performance to reduce and prevent problematic/destructive behaviors.2. Advising leaders on prevention action plans and initiatives, developing and implementing prevention assessments and evaluations and 3. Consolidating and analyzing data from reports and other sources, to identify critical needs, develop and provide recommendations for addressing such needs. .
