Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing input on the development of directives, instructions, and procedures, for the inspection of housing facilities; 2) Solving problems related to housing occupant concerns and complaints; 3) Maintaining and controlling expenditures related to housing management requirements; 4) Ensuring Unaccompanied Housing Property (buildings and rooms) are maintained and up to standard; and 5) Providing training and guidance of Housing policies to Building Petty Officer.
