In order to meet the basic requirement of the Event Staff Bartender position, NA-7405-05, you must meet the following requirement: Experience performing the duties of a server and/or bartender, which may include, but are not limited to mixing alcoholic beverages for retail sale, knowledge of a wide variety of beverages, ability to combine ingredients such as liquors, soda, water, sugar, bitters, and fruit and the ability to mix exotic drinks. YOU WILL BE RATED ON THE FOLLOWING KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) FOR THIS POSITION: 1. Experience as a server and/or bartender in a food or beverage establishment. Catering or Event experience preferred. 2. Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds. 3. Strong communication skills with the ability to operate professionally in a sanitary, service-oriented, manner. 4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
