Must have a minimum of one-year experience and the knowledge of the fundamental principles and techniques involved in operation and management of a catering program. Must have the ability to assist in evaluating the adequacy of the catering operation and to make recommendations for improvement or correction. Must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing and the ability to deal with patrons with a pleasant personality and tact. Must be able to workday, night and weekend shifts, including holidays. Must have the skill in working effectively and cooperatively with co-workers and other members of the MWR Department. Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Government Vehicle Driver's License. Must complete satisfactorily the Food Handler's Physical Examination.
