You must have experience performing the majority of the following duties: Reviewing and/or processing immigration-related applications and petitions (such as citizenship applications, parole requests, family and employment-based petitions and/or applications for asylum or refugee status), including adjudications of difficult and sensitive immigration cases that are discretionary, precedent setting, have high visibility and are of great importance to the organization; and Conducting independent legal and other research concerning the eligibility entitlements of persons seeking immigration benefits. Training: If you have not already done so, you will be required to attend the training that relates to this position as required by the agency. The trainings may last multiple weeks and may be held in-person or virtually. The trainings must be completed successfully according to the standards of the agency.
