AND In order to qualify for the GS-15 grade level, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: 1) Developing and managing Accountable Care Organization (ACO) operations policies and procedures to manage associated data (e.g. CMS claims and claim line feed (CCLF) data, beneficiary alignment data, or provider enrollment data); AND 2) Recommending and implementing stakeholder requirements and processes for system security as they relate to IT Systems; AND 3) Leading multiple project teams in maintaining and modernizing an enterprise IT system using Agile methodologies and practices; AND 4) Leading customer service support operations for multiple lines of business partnering with components across an agency. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills, and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
