WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Planning and evaluating national health communication initiatives using audience research, partnerships, and multi-channel outreach to improve public health outcomes. Developing and disseminating science-based communication products and messaging tailored to diverse audiences across digital, written, and audiovisual platforms. Conducting audience research and program evaluations to analyze communication effectiveness, identify audience needs, and strengthen outreach strategies.
