GS-09 Specialized Experience: (1) Analyzing causes of production delays to develop corrective actions; (2) Monitoring production schedules to prevent scheduling conflicts, labor shortages, or skill imbalances; and (3) Utilizing automated data processing systems/equipment to prepare charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and reports. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). GS-11 Specialized Experience: Your resume must reflect one year of specialized experience to include: (1) Developing production plans for manufacture of products using multiple process production methods and procedures; (2) Analyzing causes of production delays to develop corrective actions; (3) Monitoring production schedules to prevent scheduling conflicts, labor shortages, or skill imbalances; and (4) Utilizing automated data processing systems/equipment to prepare charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and reports.
