Specialized Experience: One year of Specialized experience which includes:(1) Developing procedures and/or methods to accomplish continuous process improvement programs; (2) Maintaining updated policies/techniques for evaluation and/or improving production efficiency; (3) Planning and/or coordinating projects to improve quality, efficiency, productivity and/or effectiveness of the organization; and (4) Training employees in problem-solving and/or investigative techniques. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
