Military Grades: E-4 /SPC thru E-7/SFC 2LT thru CPT Compatible Military Assignments: ARNG Enlisted: 36B; 42A ARNG Officer: 36A; 3B;42B ARNG WO: 420A GENERAL EXPERIENCE: The applicant must have at least the basic finance or audit training or competencies that provided knowledge of financial principles and procedures. The applicant must have some understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the National Guard accounting business program requirements. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have 1-year equivalent specialized experience to at least the next lower grade level before being eligible for the next grade level. Must have fundamental working experiences with a validated understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the accountant occupational series and grade. Experiences gained through military technical training schools or civilian academic courses or related civilian work are included in the one-year on-the-job specialized experience.
