Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: : 1) planning and organizing maintenance and repair activities for buildings, utility systems, and grounds; 2) inspecting facilities or infrastructure systems to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards; and 3) leading and supervising a team to accomplish facility operations and maintenance projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
