To qualify at the GS-14 level, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Leading or mentoring staff, providing guidance to risk managers and schedulers on developing, integrating, and maintaining credible project planning products; Overseeing project schedule and risk activities, assessing planning integrity, performance health, and metrics, and advising project leadership to support program decisions and reviews; Monitoring or managing contractor support, reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance, coordinating task execution, and ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
