You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience: Must have responsible work experience where the applicant is able to apply the knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriated to the grade level of the position. The experience may have been gained in similar or closely related work of the position, for example, experience in carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, etc. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing as well as with co-workers, supervisors, and lodging guests. Must be physically able to lift, bend, work in awkward positions both indoors and outdoors for long periods of time. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds and over 40 pounds with assistance. Must possess a valid driver's license and provide a copy of driving record.
