SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-02, equivalent to the next lower grade GS-11 or equivalent in other pay systems. Specialized experience is described as the ability to conduct organizational and workforce studies, develop and recommend policies and programs that improve efficiency, and provide analytical guidance to leadership. It includes the ability to advise on organizational or workforce changes, lead or support workforce-related initiatives, and brief managers and stakeholders by synthesizing complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas: 1. Advanced knowledge of Air Force and division goals and objective as they relate to program management, the sequence and timing of key operational events and milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions related to actual events. 2. Knowledge of the relationship of the various organizational entities involved in overall program control, planning, and execution of operations and evaluations. 3. Skill in designing and conducting comprehensive analyses on requirements; a general knowledge of program/business management principles, policy and techniques. 4. Working knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques to conduct comprehensive analyses on requirements; a general knowledge of program/business management principles, policy and techniques. 5. Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to achieve stated positions or to make an adequate case for a particular strategy which may or may not be readily accepted, but is the best solution to achieve overall organizational goals. PART-TIME OR UNPAID EXPERIENCE: Credit will be given for appropriate unpaid and or part-time work. You must clearly identify the duties and responsibilities in each position held and the total number of hours per week. VOLUNTEER WORK EXPERIENCE: Refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service Programs (i.e., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student and social).
