Qualifying Experience: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, OR at least 3 years of relevant professional experience. Expertise in designing advertisements and marketing campaigns for events/programs using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in internet-based tools, databases, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, CMS platforms, and email marketing tools. Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce AP Style copywriting with minimal errors. Experience in photography, videography, and video editing, including creating short and long-form content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. Knowledge of AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) and marketing automation software. Highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks within deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external customers. A results-driven portfolio showcasing graphic design, and video production. Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
