WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one year of specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Supervising and supporting the daily operations of an emergency/incident management operations center, including emergency response coordination, situational awareness, interagency communication, and operational support functions during incidents and emergencies; Managing development and implementation of emergency operations plans, training, and exercises to guide organizational response efforts, ensure operational readiness, and support continuity of operations; and Supervising design and coordination of organizational emergency preparedness planning, training, and exercise programs, applying management principles to develop training and operations-based exercises, facilitate execution, and conduct after-action reviews to advance response capabilities.
