WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Minimum Qualifications: You must have one-year specialized experience to perform successfully the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service performing ALL of the following: Managing SPS/SWIFT correspondence control operations, assigning work priorities, monitoring executive clearance activities, and ensuring timely completion of high-visibility assignments. Directing review and clearance of sensitive executive correspondence, briefing materials, and policy documents to ensure accuracy, policy alignment, and compliance with HHS and Administration requirements. Advising senior leadership on executive correspondence policies, workflow improvements, and politically sensitive issues while mentoring staff and coordinating across HHS, Congressional, and White House stakeholders.
